My name is Aden Fogel, I'm a lifelong resident and I'm running for 3rd Ward Council because Sheffield Lake deserves more than the status quo. For too long, residents have been left with empty promises, unanswered concerns and a city that's lost basic services like a bank, pharmacy and post office. That's not acceptable-and I refuse to sit back while our community slips further behind. I'm not running to play politics. I will challenge City Hall when they ignore residents, push until our city gets the services it needs and make sure your voice isn't brushed aside. Sheffield Lake can do better and with your support we will.

SHEFFIELD LAKE HAS NO BANK, NO PHARMACY AND NO POST OFFICE
I promise to spend at least 2 hours of every business day making phone calls, sending e-mails and meeting with decision makers to bring these essential services back to the City and the 3rd Ward. We have gone long enough without them.
183 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING AT SHOREWAY SHOPPING CENTER
I am strongly opposed to the development of apartments at Shoreway Shopping Center because it will bring more traffic, strain schools and city services and risk lowering property values-all without giving our community real benefits. Sheffield Lake deserves growth that strengthens our small-town lakefront character, not potential low-income housing projects that threaten it.
COMMUNICATION WITH CONSTITUENTS
For the people, by the people-I'm the only candidate with the Ward 3 Hotline (440) 949-3333. You can't forget it and I will always answer or call you back the same day. While at least one council person has only had an e mail and not a phone number listed, I will be directly available-and I'll host a 3rd Ward Town Hall meeting every month at City Hall, twice a day, so every voice is heard.
